With the download you accept the use of the Siemens Software license agreement.

If you experience problems using the SIEMENS ID Mouse during the first ninety days after shipment, you may return it and Siemens will replace it free of charge. Siemens will pay all shipping and handling costs. After the first ninety days, no warranties whatsoever will apply to this product. 3. SIEMENS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 4. Siemens hereby grants you a limited license to use the software provided with the SIEMENS ID Mouse on one PC. You may also make one backup copy of the software. This license is transferable, provided that all copies and associated documentation are also transferred and the recipient agrees in writing to be bound by these same terms and conditions. 5. You agree that in no event shall SIEMENS be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages for any problems arising out of the use of the SIEMENS ID Mouse.
